Collect Customers’ Information through “Call Back” button

  • When choosing the product they like, customers will be led to that product’s page.
  • After clicking “Call back” button on that page, a new page will appear and require customers to fill information.
  • Customers’ name, email, phone, preferred time to call and note that they enter in Call back site will be saved.

Create Email Templates to Send to Customers

  • Besides the available email templates, merchants can create new email templates in your ways.
  • By clicking “add new rule”, a new email template will be created.
  • After filling Template name and Content, your new Email Template is saved by clicking “Save Staff” button.
  • Merchants can send different templates to different customers.

Send Notifications about the Products to the Customers via Email

  • In “Manage Call Backs” in the backend, the personal information of customers can be edited.
  • And then, from that information, merchants can send notifications to customers’ email.
  • That notification email can be sent to customers anytime.
  • A notification email from main Website Store will be immediately sent to customer’s email address.

Customers Can Set up Preferred Time to Call

  • The preferred time that customers enter will be shown in the Call Back manager.
  • Merchants know the customers’ preferred time and will call them at that period.

The Total Numbers of People Interested in Each Product will be Shown

  • In “Report”, merchants can see how many people are interested in their product.
