Email Summarization and Prioritization
AI Email Management automatically summarizes the key content of each email thread, helping users quickly understand the issue without reading the full conversation. AI then analyzes the content and classifies emails into three levels: Critical, Normal, and Low.
Emails with deadlines, approval requests, customers waiting for responses, or urgent issues are prioritized, helping users focus on the most important items first.
Automated Action Item Extraction
AI automatically detects tasks that need to be completed from each email and displays them as Action Items.
Users can mark each item as completed directly in the system. The status is saved and visible to team members who are following the same email, making it easier to track pending work.
Advanced Organization and Searching Emails
Users can filter emails by label, keyword, sender, or time range to quickly find the information they need.
In addition to Gmail’s existing labels, businesses can create custom labels in AI Email Management to organize emails by customer, project, status, or internal workflow.

Turn Emails into Odoo Tasks
When an email needs to become part of an internal workflow, users can create an Odoo task directly from the email screen.
The system allows users to select the project, assignee, deadline, description, and priority level. The email subject is used as the default task title, and attachments can also be transferred to the task automatically.
After the task is created, the system adds the task link to the email thread so the team can easily track work from email to Odoo.
Centralized Team Inbox Management
Managers and Admins can view multiple team members’ inboxes in one screen.
The system allows filtering by user, time, urgency level, or only emails flagged by AI as requiring attention.
This helps managers quickly see which important emails are waiting for action across the team without checking each mailbox separately.
Control Access by User Role
The system separates permissions into three roles: Staff, Manager, and Admin.
Staff can only view their own inbox. Managers can monitor the team inbox. Admins also have permission to manage users and view the Audit Log.
This access structure helps businesses organize permissions clearly and align them with each user’s responsibilities.
