Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a fee to join Partner program?
Your Partner account will be active once the set-up fee is completed. The fee is $100 and you only need
to pay this fee ONCE. This fee is not refundable.
Can I renew my membership when it is expired?
Yes. When registering for Partner program, you will have access to your Partner account for 12 months.
After this period is over, you need to contact us to renew your membership.
Can I cancel my membership before it is expired?
Yes. You are free to leave our program at any time before your membership term is over. However, the
set-up fee will not be refunded for any reasons.
How can I maintain my current membership tier?
Your membership tier will not change within a term of 12 months. When each term is over, we will review
your Total Expenses in the last 12-month period to upgrade or downgrade your tier.
