Which version of Quickbooks that your extension support?

Our extension supports QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premier and Enterprise up to the 2020 version. About the country field, the extension supports Quickbooks Canada, US, and UK.
Can I sync data from Quickbooks Desktop to Magento 2 (bi-directional sync)?

Our extension supports synchronization from Magento to Quickbooks only. In case you need the synchronization from Quickbooks to Magento, we can develop this feature via customization service. Please leave your customization request here.
Can the extension sync inventory locations in quickbooks with the multi-location inventory?

The multi inventory feature is not available in our extension. In case you need this feature, please submit your customization request here.
Does the extension sync bulk product uploads?

Yes. With each product created in Magento, our extension will create a corresponding one on QuickBooks.
Does the extension support the bundle product?

Does the extension support multi-store?

Yes, our extension support multi-store.
In order to sync/link products, rather than going by name or SKU, can we assign a "custom field" in Quickbooks called "Product ID" and create a custom attribute in Magento called "Product ID" and make them the same for a single product (for example, "Product#01")?

There is no way to do it since Quickbooks' API does not allow to synchronize the custom field.
How can we be sure we don't accidentally import the same order more than once? Will Magento or Quickbooks recognize this and show an error if we try to export/import the same Magento order# again? Does it assign a different order number once imported into Quickbooks versus Magento?

There is no way to do it since the new order will be created without showing an error, in case the order ID is duplicated, there will be 2 created orders.
Can we set it to only import when we want it to, or is it automatic?

You can set it to import both when you want or automatically, please check our user guide for detailed information.
Can we have all guest users sync under a generic customer account called "Guest User" in quickbooks so they are all in one place under the same general account, or will it create separate new customer accounts in Quickbooks for all guest users?

If we upload the order to Quickbooks soon after it is placed, but then make changes in Magento (for example, if we cancel a portion of the order or only ship 5 instead of 10 quantity) will the changes sync to the order already uploaded into Quickbooks later?

If we set it to import on auto, how can we be sure it doesn’t import the same invoice multiple times? Does it do a good job keeping track so there are no duplicates? How does it do this? Through order number? Or invoice number?

If only our module imports data to QB then it rarely syncs duplicate.If it already exists on QB but the record is still in the Queue table and ready to sync (the items with the Queue status in the Queue table are ready to sync items), it will always create an order / invoice because QB does not check duplicate order / invoice. If you do not want to be sync duplicated, then limit import / create data that is not created by our module.
Will it “mark as paid” in QuickBooks?

Yes, it will.
Can we set it to only upload finished, paid, shipped, completed orders after we have shipped them?

Yes, you can set it to only upload finished, paid, shipped, completed orders after we have shipped them, however, to enable this feature, customization is required.
Will it enter the tracking number from Magento Marketplace on the QuickBooks invoice?

Yes, it will.
If an item has a different price on the Magento Marketplace order as the item in Quickbooks, will the price they paid for it in Magento override the regular Quickbooks price?

No, it will cause an error when the prices in the 2 systems are different. You should map product data and then update the price from Magento to QuickBooks (this feature must be customized if the product already exists on both Magento and QuickBooks).
If an item has a different price on the Magento Marketplace order as the item in Quickbooks, will the price they paid for it in Magento override the regular Quickbooks price?

- When importing customer data from Magento Marketplace to QuickBooks, only the default customer address is synced when creating or editing on Magento. Other addresses will not be processed (neither creating new customers nor updating old customers).
- If mapping them, it will not create 2 customers on QuickBooks.
- the shipping / billing address of the order on QuickBooks will correspond to the shipping / billing address of the order on Magento, not from the customer address. So the address in customer information is for reference only.
